This is a Shamanic style of Sound Energy Circle, where we call in spirit allies from the world around us to support our guided journey to Mother Earth and offer our gratitude, healing and love. A crystal grid shall be prepared for participants to additionally send their healing energy into the community and land of Briagolong.

Please arrive at 7.15pm for a 7.30pm start. Doors shall be locked after this time, no latecomers. The session goes for 90mins and includes a herbal tea ceremony at the end. Please dress comfortably and bring your own body mat to lay on, additional blankets for warmth (energy work can fluctuate body temperature) and pillows for comfort. I also recommend bringing an eye pillow, or other eye cover, to help you relax. You may additionally bring a notepad and paper.
