The Imbolc Circle celebrates and acknowledges a peak of energies between the Winter Solstice and Spring Equinox. It is a time to recognise the returning light and to observe new life around us in the plant and animal kingdoms as we enter the early phases of Spring. Imbolc is a festival of fire energies as we welcome back the lengthening days from the Sun, and purification and offerings made for a fertile season ahead.

This is a Shamanic style of Sound Journeying that works with nature's Spirit Allies while you are guided through a journey that explores the themes of Imbolc. You are invited to bring an alter offering to this event. Expect to be guided through a journey to set your intention for the session, that will then move into a 40min soundscape of energy work. We shall complete our session with an offering of herbal tea that has been brewed to reflect the elements of the circle.

Please arrive at 7.15pm for a 7.30pm start. Doors shall be locked after this time, no latecomers. The session goes for 90mins and includes a herbal tea ceremony at the end. Please dress comfortably and bring your own body mat to lay on, additional blankets for warmth (energy work can fluctuate body temperature) and pillows for comfort. I also recommend bringing an eye pillow, or other eye cover, to help you relax. You may additionally bring a notepad and paper.
