The Communion Circle is a monthly opportunity to deeply connect and commune with Mother Earth. It’s time to sit with yourself and see how grounded you are in your body and this incarnation, and explore your relationship to our Divine Mother. Through prayer and intention we’ll work with Mother Earth to create the World we are worthy of, and send healing Energy to where it’s needed. This circle is primarily to explore relationship to self through relationship with the Earth, and give something back energetically. This Circle combines Sound, Energy and Spirit through Guided Meditations and journaling practices and shall provide suggestions of ways you can strengthen that connection with Mother Earth throughout the month.
Sacred Sound Elements works with various instruments and Spatial Sound to bring you a sound immersion experience for deep relaxation, mindfulness and embodiment, body wellness and connection. You can tune in from anywhere around the world - all you need is a great set of headphones 🎧 and if you can’t make a live session, a recording shall be made available to you for up to 4 weeks after the live. Once your booking has been processed you shall receive an email from Amy with the access link to the Circle at least 48 Hours before the event goes live.
