WEEKLY GROUP CIRCLE ONLINE

The Heart Circle is a weekly session to explore and devote yourself to Heart-Centred Practice that combines contemporary research-based methods with Sound, Energy and Spirit. Together we shall explore compassion, gratitude, kindness and forgiveness throughout the year to establish practices that then develop into habits, that lead to lasting transformation. We’ll also combine aspects of Heart-Centred Leadership (not from Corporate and New Age Marketing lineages) that come authentically through from our own ancestors. Now is the time to dream of what Leadership looks like within our own communities and that begins with us.

Sacred Sound Elements works with various instruments and Spatial Sound to bring you a sound immersion experience for deep relaxation, mindfulness and embodiment, body wellness and connection. You can tune in from anywhere around the world - all you need is a great set of headphones 🎧 and if you can’t make a live session, a recording shall be made available to you for up to 1 week after the live. Once your booking has been processed you shall receive an email from Amy with the access link to the Circle at least 48 Hours before the event goes live.

The practices of Sacred Sound Elements are not intended to be a substitute for therapy, or to serve as a form of mental health treatment for people suffering from depression or other major mood disorders. The Heart Circle will run Monday mornings at 11am (Local Melbourne Time) for 60mins. $18 per circle. Some dates are not suitable on our weekly Monday Schedule due to planetary/collective energies, which is reflected in the scheduler.
