Using Biofield Tuning methods, we use weighted tuning forks placed upon a crystal to activate and amplify the properties of that crystal. Working at five key energy centres on the body, I shall activate the properties of each crystal to bring you into balance and harmonisation with Universal Energies. You can choose to bring your own favourite crystals and stones, or choose from the curated selection:

At the end of the session you may take these crystals home (two of each crystal), so as to deepen your experience with crystal energies.

We begin the session by opening up your joints with a weighted fork to allow the chi to freely move in and throughout the body. We then open up the energetic channel between the Earth Star and Sun Star, and create a direction for your energy to ground. We will then progressively work through each of the energy centres to balance and restore, and transmute any dissonant energy back into the field. We shall finish the session with a grounding practice and herbal tea.
